What is a juice cleanse?
A juice cleanse is a type of detox diet that involves consuming vegetable and fruit juice for a short period of time, such as three to ten days. It is also sometimes called a juice fast. It is basically a 'solid food vacation! For five days, we consume no solid food. Only fresh juices.
